Drink Enough Water
You’ve probably heard it said many times that you should drink approximately 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. Most people don’t even get close to that. Some think they are, because they are drinking liquids throughout the day or mixing water with sugar to create juice, NOT THE SAME.
Water helps to carry nutrients and waste throughout your body. It helps to flush toxins and contaminants from your body. And, it can help to suppress your appetite during times of dieting, improves kidney function, increases bowel efficiency and helps regulate to body temperature.
For most people, a good rule of thumb is to drink as much as you possibly can. It’s not going to hurt you.
