Eating Healthy in the Winter

During the winter, it can be tempting to choose “comfort food” to keep you warm and happy during the cold days and even colder nights.However, this isn’t the best strategy for your waistline or your health. While sticking to a healthy diet won’t necessarily keep you from getting sick during the winter, eating well can help maintain your immune system.
