Kate's motto is passion! She believes that when you feel good you do better in life.
A healthy lifestyle is more than lifting weights. It's about stretching both body and mind, finding a balance between the "musts" and "wants", eating right, and making sure your body gets what it needs and deserves. Kate enjoys showing others what their bodies and minds are capable of doing with hard work, dedication and persistence. It is her ultimate goal to help you reach and sustain a happy well-balanced lifestyle and make you the best you can be.
In addition to her dedication to health, fitness and mental well-being, Kate is a devoted mother to two young boys. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and spends any free minute outside with her boys. Calgary makes a perfect backdrop for this.
Originally from Germany, Kate graduated from the University of Mainz with a Master's Degree in Language Translation/Interpretation and Cultural Studies. Once moving to Canada, Kate was inspired to pursue her love of health and fitness and graduated as a Personal Fitness Trainer. She received her certification from the AFLCA (Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association) and continues to partake in courses and workshops to further her knowledge and understanding and to stay on top of new developments in the world of health and fitness. She also carries her First Aid and CPR from St. John Ambulance.
Kate is well aware of the challenges that life can bring. She will tailor a fitness routine specific to her client's needs, wants and abilities.
