Bio

Hi, my name is Robert Homola. After working in the automotive industry, I decided to explore the world a little further and learn different languages. Any country and culture that I have seen just confirmed my theory that in order to be successful our health must be of primary importance and managed seriously. This belief led me to change my career with a new focus on how to live healthy and extend our quality of life. I graduated with honors from the two year diploma program – Fitness and Health Promotion, at Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning . Humber has been an excellent source of information underlined by the outstanding support of our teachers who taught us how the health science can be easily implemented into our daily lives, while improving the quality of our daily living significantly. I am certified in Personal Training, Resistance Training and Group Exercise Training by Ontario Fitness Council as a Registered Health and Exercise Practitioner. I would be more than happy to share and apply my philosophy with you to help you set goals in order to achieve your physical goal while restoring balance and harmony for your body and mind. The main area of my expertise is proper posture with correct breathing, athletic performance and healthy weight loss. In my free time I enjoy calisthenics, swimming, ice and inline skating, tai chi and qi gong and reading.
